SBT Return & Refund Policies

At SBT, we are committed to providing a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer an easy return process under the following conditions :

Products shipped through SBT can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date in most cases.

Products can also be returned within 30 days from the delivery date if they are received damaged, defective, not as described, or missing any accessories.

Please note that different terms and conditions may apply to certain products.

Return requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be in good condition and not damaged.
• The product must match the item originally delivered.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original brand/manufacturer packaging.
• The user manual, warranty card, and all included accessories (if any) must be returned.

After the returned item is collected by the shipping company, the inspection and processing may take up to two weeks.

Return requests for marketplace sellers may also take up to two weeks to be processed.

Once the return process is completed, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to be issued using the original payment method.

Important Note:
Any product sent to us by mistake or not purchased from SBT will not be accepted. In such cases, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund. Refunds will only be issued for valid returned products that comply with our return policy.
